Who We Are

Jeanne M. Viviani-Ayers. Employed for over 20 years in higher education as a Research Development and Administration professional who strategically supports various research enterprises, Jeanne is skilled at working with driven scientists, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and C-Suite executives. She has “coached” hundreds in pursuing research funding (over $50 million), communication skills, and team building. She has two adult daughters and has been an avid weightlifter. You can find Jeanne working out at 5 am each morning.

JR Ayers has been a Professional Coach in Aquatics, Fitness, and Martial Arts since the 1990s. JR has been a fitness coach for collegiate and professional athletes and has worked for NIKE and IMG – Bradenton, FL. JR is the former US Military European Karate Champion with a Professional Security License in Florida. He has been a consultant for Sarasota County Government, the City of Bradenton, Florida, and the City of Sarasota, Florida, training EMS, Fire, Beach Lifeguard, and Law Enforcement personnel. He was Director of Security for Marriott Hotels in Sarasota, Florida, and owned a Night Club Private Security Company.
