Jeanne M. Viviani-Ayers has 25 years of experience in higher education, during which she has managed tens of millions of dollars in grants and contracts. She is currently the owner of the Bikini Bookkeeper (www.thebikinibookkeeper.com). Jeanne is passionate about supporting and managing small businesses, helping them achieve the same level of success as the hundreds of scientists, researchers, and non-profits she has assisted throughout her career. 

She has “coached” numerous individuals in pursuing and managing their funding—over $50 million in total—advised on communication skills, and conducted team-building sessions. Additionally, Jeanne is an avid weightlifter and can be found working out at 5 a.m. each morning with her coach, JR Ayers.

JR Ayers has been a professional coach in aquatics, fitness, and martial arts since the 1990s. He has served as a fitness coach for collegiate and professional athletes and has worked with NIKE and IMG in Bradenton, FL. JR is also a former US Military European Karate Champion and holds a professional security license in Florida. 

He has consulted for Sarasota County Government, the City of Bradenton, and the City of Sarasota, training personnel in emergency medical services, fire departments, beach lifeguards, and law enforcement. Additionally, JR served as the Director of Security for Marriott Hotels in Sarasota, Florida, and owned a nightclub private security company.
