What We Do

With over 42 years of experience in various martial arts, we provide formal instruction to group self-defense classes. We have offered group courses for Law Enforcement, Girl Scouts of America, University Sororities, and Clubs.   We can tailor an instruction and training program for you or your group.  Many of JR's students or clients have trained with him for years.

All courses are delivered using a blended learning instruction - online and in person. American Red Cross certifications in: 

• CPR/First Aid/AED
• Water Safety Instructor
• Lifeguarding/Lifeguard Instructor
• Wilderness First Aid
• Safety Training for Swim Coaches.  

We also have experience coaching professional and collegiate athletes, business professionals, moms, and dads! 

As professional coaches, we know how to get you to the next level so you can perform at a high level and reach your goals. 

We provide everything from general swim coaching to specific aquatic performance coaching. We work with individuals and teams. Currently a Swim Coach for the FAU Masters Swim Club. 

Our novel coaching approach to business process improvement comes from years of working in government and business models. Our mantra is: analyze, identify, advise, execute. Our mission is to create relationships, not transactions. Our promise is that we'll be there, as questions or issues arise, every step of the way.  

You make a goal, you set a calendar, but you need someone else to hold you accountable. Having coached professional athletes to PhD researchers,  we have the success process to help you achieve your goals.
